I have been a patient here for many years and seen quite a few dentists all of which have been amazing, but I must say that Mr Robert Crossley is exceptional. He puts you at your ease. He is friendly, informative and explains what is happening at every stage. I would also like to add that the staff here are so friendly and caring and very helpful.
I moved to this dentist recently after my old one kept cancelling my appointments. It’s honestly changed my view of dentists forever! Incredible people, not scary at all, and takes the time to explain what’s happening at every stage. I was really nervous about coming to a new place but both the dentist and hygienist I have seen made me feel relaxed and were patient. Absolutely brilliant, and I absolutely recommend them if you are nervous like me.
Mr Gupta is absolutely amazing. He is highly experienced and always professional. He really cares about his patients and feel so lucky to be able to call him my dentist. He always makes me feel at ease, no matter what the procedure and I wouldn’t want anyone else to look after my teeth. The Reception staff are always friendly and courteous. The Nurses are always kind and caring and likewise the Hygienists. I would have no hesitation in recommending this practice to anyone and everyone. Thankyou Mr Gupta and I shall hopefully, look forwards to many more years under your professional care.
Previously we were regularly kept waiting upwards of 40mins for appointments with my 4 children. When requiring a filling was made to attend and pay for 2 separate appointments to "assess work". Waited weeks for an appointment for an actual filling, was told only 1 specific dentist could do the work and he currently wasn't working. Keep being promised a call back "on Friday". They never call. I still need a filling weeks later. However, since moving over to a new dentist at the same clinic we never wait more than 5 mins for an appointment and the dentist is amazing with the kids. He was excellent when my 10 year old had his 2 front teeth smashed in with a hockey stick and managed to get us a same day appointment.
Excellent professional service all staff, the dentist Mr Gupta & new hygienist who was friendly & efficient - Thank you Went for a crown - reception very welcoming & efficient. The dentist Mr Gupta & his nurse were very professional and explained the work as it was undertaken - I would recommend the practice.
Went for a wisdom tooth removal, that did not go ahead because of the tooth position, so an NHS Hospital referral procedure was made. I had excellent contact and information from all the receptionists and the Dentist Ajit ARK was excellent with what treatment I received. Along with answering all my questions, he eased all my fears and worries.

Took both kids to an evening appointment. A small play area and fish kept them calm in the waiting area. Both dentist and nurse were awesome. Calm and kind throughout, they managed to get my 5 year old into the chair which had so far not been achieved at other dental surgeries. Good explanations of her findings as well. Really very happy with the care we received. Thank you!!
