Amazing little theatre hidden away in Farnworth. Amatuer company but professionally presented play. Small carpark and some on street parking.
I went this evening for the first time to watch The Revlon Girl. Doors open at 7pm, so we had time to grab a drink before sitting down to watch. The bar is actually really well priced and I was surprised what I got for my money. The actual performance was brilliant. The acting was fantastic. I didn't know much about what the play was about before, but I knew it was based on the Aberfan disaster of 1966. It had me laughing and crying! I even managed to grab a book on my way out as there is a section to chose from facing the toilets that are only £1. Fabulous place, can not wait to go back!!
the little theatre was excellent, also had some time in the library which was nice
A wonderful professional-standard performance tonight - Ronald Harwood's "Taking Sides ", funny at times but ultimately very moving. Friendly volunteer staff, comfortable seating, cosy (rather compact) bar area, good coffee, what's not to like?
A great night out! Superb performance by all the actors and loved the intimate venue and very reasonable ticket, drinks and snack prices!
Never been before but wasn't disappointed, a lovely experience. We will be back
