I wanted a below the shoulder cut,ended up with almost a bob cut which was still uneven. When I made a complaint afterwards it was made out as if I was the guilty party. Used to be a loyal customer but not anymore
I find it expensive but Alithia is very good at her work and very polite and kind which I find comforting being from India. She happily gave time to me again when I went back feeling not very sure about the cut she gave me two days before. So I like going there to get my haircut from her.
My first experience at this salon was to get a pixie cut. The staff were lovely and professional. The cut didn't turn out how I wanted but they reached out and offered to fix it immediately. Very much appreciated.
I had my haircut and blow dry last Saturday. I'm not local and I'm not a regular customer, however for anybody else thinking of trying her services I can only say that the result left me extremely disappointed. She did not understand my face shape or what would be a flattering style for me. I found her condescending and unwilling to listen. I can only say for those of you considering using her services, please don't. You will regret it.
Really happy with the service I received today. I've had bad experiences with hairdressers in the past because no one seems to know how to work with/shape my curly hair! Would definitely recommend Aleathea. She was really friendly and she took me through what she was going to do for about 5-10 minutes before even reaching for the scissors! Really happy with the results-- I finally feel more confident to wear my hair down. Thank you!!
I think this salon is amazing, the staff are always so polite and cheerful and the prices are very reasonable. Alethia is a brilliant stylist and hair colour professional and I would highly recommend her work, I normally go there every other week for one of her smooth blowdrys and it is perfect every time. I know all the staff in the salon and Ella has excellent charm and customer service. Well worth a visit to this lovely hair salon !
