   Went to Kwik Fit twice today and honestly couldn’t fault them! First time was for a tyre issue which they sorted really quickly, and then later I went back after Halfords couldn’t fix my headlight bulb. Christian Meadon helped me even though they were super busy. He was so lovely and really went above and beyond. Saved me a much bigger job! Thanks so much, Christian and the team

   We called to Kwik fit Monday morning for the 3rd time to get our tyres done as advised by motobility. There was nobody in reception and we saw one chap working on a car and the other young lad who saw us didnt even aknowledge us he was playing on his phone and vaping in the garage we tried getting his attentuon but vaping and messing on his phone was nore important That garage is the worst place to take your car even though motobility recommended it to us as its nearer and our tyres were desperate to be done. We ended up going to Heanor instead and the staff there were lovely and we told them about suttons kwik fit and what terrible service you get, its like they cant be bothered abd dont want to work.

   Bad communication, car was booked in 8:45 Saturday morning for a MOT for me to turn up and them let me know when I arrived they wouldn’t be able to carry out the work. Then was rearranged to the following week, I dropped my car off they said it’d be ready in 45 minutes unless they call me with any issues, so I went home didn’t hear anything I returned an hour later to collect my car, they then decided to tell me after getting a taxi there the car was needed until the afternoon. So again went home, they closed at 5pm I heard nothing all day for me to have to call them to be told it would finally be ready at 5pm. Fair price but lack basic customer service skills

   I regularly use Sutton and haven’t always had the best experience with my fleet car, staff have previously been lazy, rude and unhelpful, but today was a different story, today I met Dean, where have you been hiding him.. he is amazing a breath of fresh air to Sutton, professional, polite and accommodating even when he was single handily doing all the jobs, receptionist, tyre fitter and top tea boy! He’s an asset to Kwik Fit and will spread the word that there’s a new kid in town.. someone who care about the customers journey! Thank you Dean for a pleasant experience today!

   I went in to get my brake fixed, it came out worse. Its not been the same ever since. After much arguing and trying to stress my issue, I received a refund, after three trips and speaking to an area manager. An apology from the staff Instore never happened. But I did get one off the area manager. Alot of time wasted and still now my car is not 100% after bringing it in.

   The guy I had went over my car several times trying to correct my steering position but due to another part failing on my car he couldn't until that part was rectified the guy spent over an hour working to sort it but to no avail I thanked him and because the alignment couldn't be done 100% the chap refused to take my money. The staff there are 100% genuine

   Went in this morning for a few bits doing. Everything was stress free from start to finish. Tim was very helpful and recommended I needed some new windscreen wipers which were done in a few minutes at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend and use again.
