Headways- I have been to different salons in the past. A collegue told me about this salon. I doubt i will ever change. The salon is very clean, they take pride in what they do. The staff however are amazing not only at their job but they very warm and easy to talk to.

Staff are always welcoming and friendly, restrictions in place ( masks etc) and adhered to. Excellent service
My friend asked for a short trim and their, previously long, hair was cut to shoulder length. The cut was uneven, with certain parts much longer than others. The overall treatment portrayed a lack of professionalism that other salons have not shown, their standard was much better. The usual techniques I would expect a qualified hairdresser to use where not given in this circumstance. My friend is very upset and will not return again. Please listen to your customers requests in future Thank you for your understanding and reply, my friend says they would rather grow it out and the issue was just the length. I'm sorry I would assume this just happened to be an unfortunate predicament on both our parts.

I couldn't recommend the hairdresser with the short very dark brown hair. She cut my sister's hair really badly, she never even asked her if she liked it & my sister was too embarrased to say anything and came home really upset. She since found out another person who also had a bad experience with this one hairdresser. The woman needs to check with her client what they actually want clearly and not just impose what she thinks is suitable. After my sister's friend had said she didn't like her style hairdresser was full of excuses about why she couldn't get it any other way like it was the girls fault for the type of hair she had and the hairdresser had just a bit of attitude with her instead of trying to work with her to get something she's happy with. So basically if you go there there's no point saying you're not happy!
