The male receptionist was very helpful with guiding me in where to go and where to wait. He made the payment process very efficient and made it a very good experience!!

Was a new patient here this year (2025) and in February I had to have a filling, it had then fallen out last week (September 2025) and so I was given an appointment really quick to get it replaced yesterday but said replacement fell out in less than 12 hours! I’ve rang up today as I wanted a refund and was told that I wouldn’t be getting one because “the dentist and nurse had said I didn’t need the filling” which they never did they told me my options were the filling for £75 or getting my tooth pulled plus more which could’ve led to £200-300!! And now I want my money back for the crap job they’ve done I’m the liar! Ridiculous, honestly ridiculous if I “didn’t need it” as they’re trying to say why on earth do the procedure then? What, just to make more money off people??
I have been a patient at this Practice for a number of years and have been more than satisfied with the treatment I have received. My teeth have always been dreadful but Dr. Saleem has gone over and above what one would deem necessary to ensure the best outcome for me and I can't thank him enough. The Practice staff are always professional, courteous and want to help. It's an odd thing to say about a visit to the dentist but it is a pleasure to go!
Best dentist experience I’ve had, the clinician was thorough and knowledgeable and most importantly has a very calming nature which took away my irrational fear of going to the dentist
I have had problems With an impacted wisdom Tooth for a while, no other dentist would do anything. Came here on 111 appointment, seen straight away, staff friendly. X ray and sent oral Surgeon referral straight away which no Other dentist would do! Months and months with this problem and this has been resolved less than 2 weeks With this dentist!
Worst dentist ever , put a complaint in and they said the manager would get back to me and she ignored the email … never heard back from her …. What happened was I went here as an emergency appointment and I was told I would pay £23/£25 something along them lines …. Nothing was explained to me as to what my treatment was … ended up pulling my tooth out and me paying around £60 , would not recommend
Dr Naveed Is Great, well priced, Can cater for special needs and ofcouse friendly.
Just had my crown refitted came out after just over a year been done b4 and not happy with been charged again through no fault of my own its just daylight robbery.
