Staffordshire were amazing, welcoming and friendly. I will certainly return not just for the excellent hair cut and colour but for the relaxed atmosphere.
I've been here twice and today the woman did my hair exactly how I wanted it. she's amazing at what she does and gave me a perfect blowout. I'm literelly inlove with my hair right now. totally recommend going here
Went we long hair to have shoulder length Bob Came out with I carnt explain what !! but not a Bob and not shoulder length Good 1in shorter on one side. No style in it at all lengths all over the place I could cry And £45 down the drain First time I’ve been there and never again
Steven the owner cut my hair. I asked for a trim. I just got off a flight and needed a blow dry. He air dried my hair and it wasn’t fully dry and started to straighten it. Didn’t even ask how I wanted it styled! The junior washed my hair with hardly any shampoo and no scrubbing at all. He didn’t know how to handle thick Asian hair by the looks of it. My hair was so long and he cut most of it off! Very blunt and BENT. Four Oaks Hair Salon had to cut my hair again the next day as it was so uneven! Wouldn’t recommend to save my life. I paid £40 to someone who is supposed to be experienced. Anyway the pictures speak for itself. Absolutely disgusting

Appointment was booked for 12.45 and didn't get stared until 1.25. None of the staff even had the courtesy to apologize for the wait. The towel used to put around my shoulder, when getting my hair washed had hair colour stains all over it and genuinely looked like it hadn't been washed or dryed prior to being used on me. I was extremely disappointed with the hair cut, specifically my fringe. I had to direct the stylist three times on how I wanted it to be a sweeping fringe and how I wanted it cut. However, each time she tried to amend it, the overall look was gettung worse and further away from what I wanted. Until I just had to settle for what was done! In addition she waited to cut my fringe when she had dried my hair, instead of when she cut the rest of hair whilst it was wet. Every other stylist, everywhere else I have been to has always cut the entire hair, including the fringe whilst it was wet. This may have resulted in it being difficult for her to cut correctly after it had dried. Overall, extremely disappointed. Would not recommend it to anyone I know.
Been going there for 20 years and it offers both great male and female cuts at a fair price. Steve who owns it always has good staff who mostly stay there for many years. Good vibe. Friendly service. They also let you book a slot on Saturdays. Onsite car parking provided.
