   I had a brilliant service from Dreadlocks Service Birmingham both were very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I had started my locs with extensions myself and was half way though and wanted to give up, but Dreadlocks Birmingham sorted them out for me with no judgement with my efforts with DIY she just helped, understood what I needed and they both worked their magic. The prices were clear and all explained it was easy to book an appointment direct and discuss what I needed. I also had a follow up message to see how I was getting on with my new Locs. I am in love with my new locs and would highly recommend Deadlocks Services Birmingham.

   Before I start- I want to say: DO IT! CALL THIS SERVICE AND BOOK YOURSELF IN! I started my locs myself in 2024 and had seen a previous separate person to have a retwist. This ruined my experiences BUT I found Dreadlocks Service Birmingham through a random search (I'm starting to feel like it was something stronger pulling me to the service) and I booked an appointment! I called up and (forgive me I don't remember names!!!) the lady answered the phone and was really lovely and comforting. She answered all my questions and explained their bookikg procedure/process and the various services they have. I booked my appointment last week 7th Nov and had a follow up today (13th Nov) and I cannot say this enough...I LOVED MY TIME HERE! I've never felt so welcome! All my fears of letting another loctician do my hair went out the window! Both ladies that provide the service are wise, kind-hearted, and understanding. Every question I had, they answered! Any concerns, they settled it! I have felt so moved by our conversations and I definitely will be coming back and keeping this service as my MAIN and ONLY service. I'm in-love with both my retwist and loc maintenance appointment (19sec video is after cooking to this service and the 30sec video is before). They're so good at what they do! Have little snacks out for you as well and everything is sterile! I saw them washing the equipment. Again, very accommodating and I couldn't recommend them enough!! I've fallen back in-love with my hair and myself! So... If you're debating any other service, stop here and please use this one! It has been the best experience of my year! Thank you both if you're reading this for everything and again, anyone new- BOOK IN! THEYRE AMAZING!!! (And have flexible availablity/appointments with a fair price!!)❤️❤️❤️

   They’re the nicest people I’ve ever met in a long time, the vibe was amazing, they’re super chill and I absolutely love their amazing work with the crochet maintenance I received. You’d be surprised when you meet them, they surely gonna make your day! Highly recommend it!

   I went to DSB for some repairs on my locs and I wasn’t disappointed. Great service from both mum and daughter. Very professional, lovely and kind people. I loved the atmosphere, the various conversations we had throughout the service as well as the music in the background. The service also took less time than I was expected and the result was awesome.

   Love them! Was very hard to find someone that creates dreadlocks on my type of hair (straight hair). They were pretty happy to do it and it turned out great! Friendly environment in a home based saloon! Highly recommended for anyone!

We are planning to continue using her service for maintaining his dreadlocks. I will advise anyone who is interested to give this service a go.    I had done quite a lot of research before deciding to go with Dreadlock Services Birmingham, as previously, I had dreadlocks by a different salon, but was not particularly pleased with the results, and I really wanted to get it right this time. From our first conversation, I was genuinely impressed with how Francesca took her time to understand what it was I wanted to do, as well as discuss what was achievable with my length and hair texture. I sent a few reference pictures, and was once again, quite pleased on how quickly we were able to arrange for an appointment. On arrival, I found the atmosphere to be extremely welcoming; Francesca has this warm personality about her, and I instantly felt both relaxed and comfortable. Throughout the whole process, Fran would check in with me to make sure I was happy with the progress and would constantly refer to the pictures I had sent her, to ensure we were keeping to the style. The chat was easy going, the hours flew by quickly, and most importantly, the results were nothing short of amazing - my last dreads were clumpy with different thicknesses and looked like the definition of a "bad hair day", these however, were constant in their thickness, well crocheted right through to the tip, and styled exactly as I wanted them to be; I couldn't have been happier with the results!!!! It's now been almost three weeks, and I still get compliments from friends and from the odd random stranger on how great my dreads look. They also feel absolutely amazing and have been incredibly easy to maintain. If you're searching for a proper place for crocheted dreads, then I'd highly recommend that you have a chat with Fran and give this place a try. Ten out of ten in my books; excellent service and excellent results. Thank you!

   So I missed the fact that it was a home base, so when I arrived I thought I was in the wrong place and started panicking, going through the details again aha but finally I decided to just ringing the bell and let me tell you, Absolutely great I had my hair completely transformed, from after many years I wasn't able have it maintained, so it looked terrible, but now I have restarted my journey and there great and neat like new thanks to francisca and candy. Not only that, it was a absolutely great environment the conversations and company was amazing would recommend if you're looking for that chilled barber friend friendship.
