   I had an excellent experience at Greenhead dental! All the staff were friendly and professional, making me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. My dentist, Jack Ferris was brilliant throughout. He took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions patiently and delivered excellent treatment. The clinic was clean and well-equipped, and the treatments were painless and efficient. Also, thank you to Becca the receptionist who dealt with my enquiries promptly and was very helpful throughout. I highly recommend this dentist to anyone looking for top-quality dental care!

   I would rate this 0 stars if it let me. Worst dentist ever, I’m 23 and autistic with complex mental health issues. I’m terrified of the dentist. This dentist needs some serious training on autism and mental health. I was told by my dentist on multiple occasions that they don’t have time for people like me. I was kicked out 9 months ago due to missing an appointment as I was in crisis In a mental health hospital and couldn’t make it. After explaining why I didn’t attend they decided to give me a last warning and keep me on. I had an appointment Friday, I was run in late due to storm Amy, and it was very dangerous driving conditions, I rang them up multiple times in which they guaranteed I wouldn’t be kicked out , as I was trying my best to get there given the weather conditions. Rang them again saying shall I still come as I was late and they replied saying don’t come , and someone would ring me back Monday to rebook an appointment for me , and again said I wasn’t being kicked off. Rang me today and said they have kicked me off and to look for a different nhs dentist. I’m extremely upset that I was lied too, and made to believe it wasn’t my fault , which it wasn’t. This dentist has no understanding of mental health or people who neurodiverse. I will be putting a complaint in.

   Went to Greenhead dentist today after 15 years of not visiting a dentist due to phobia. Let me tell you I was treated like royalty and was so well looked after. I was sweating buckets and was so nervous, but all the staff and the doctor made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I heard good things about this dental practice, and all the rumors are true! Such a good dentist I would recommend all to come for your treatment here. Im actually looking forward to the next time now. Spotless, family friendly, parking available, kind friendly staff, good doctors, get seen on the actual appointment time, no waiting about, 11 out of 10!

   Rubbish service , I got message on Wednesday saying I need ring up because I’m due check up . When I did they said they don’t know how got message because I have been taken out of list . Because apparently I missed so many appointments. The appointment they saying I missed was to do with covid . Receptionist are rude rubbish customer service.
