It was my first time in Neighbourhood hair & Beauty and I was really impressed. I love the hair cut and the staff are really friendly and approachable. They understood my requirements and has done a great job in reasonable price. Highly recommend them.
The staff is very welcoming and helpful. I absolutely loved the haircut I got here, the best in the UK thus far. The staff is very accommodating, I wanted some tweaks in my daughter's haircut, and they were happy to do that after it was finished. Will be going back for my cut every time!
Went here for the first time after not going to a hairdressers for 10 years (bad experience) and wanted a trim. The lady who did my hair was lovely and so welcoming and reassuring. The vibe in the salon is so friendly and she gave me a lovely curly blow dry I'm in love with it, thank you so much! Will definitely be returning.
Went here for the first time yesterday and immediately booked to go back. All of the stylists were pleasant and welcoming and Amy did my hair perfectly. She actually listened when I said I didn’t want much off the length and the rest of the cut and finish was lovely too, the curls have held into the next evening and have had multiple compliments on my new hair. Absolutely terrible experience. I’ve always been to this salon even when they were Be Loved. The staff refused to do my hair even though they were able to comb through it with their fingers - my hair was slightly textured as I had undone my braids. I had driven 20 minutes and even explained the situation to them prior on the phone to which they said they were able to do my hair like normal. All I wanted was a wash, trim and dry. This was a month ago & a friend has just visited to which they did half a job on her hair and didn’t style it. Again, she rang prior asking what she wanted. The staff member told her she can’t curl the hair and it won’t hold?? I’m sorry, you’re a hair salon? This salon used to be so good but nope, not anymore.

Amazing hairdressers, girls are lovely great atmosphere and you always feel pampered and never rushed. I've been a customer for many years i would never go anywhere else and I don't live local anymore. Had many styles and colours over the years and have loved them all a 10 out of 10 from me!
