   Well what can i say lets start with my daughter, she is 17, she went in on Friday as she was asked to do for an interview, cut a long story short the manager of Lox hairdressers.. well the assessor at Lox hair salon in Wednesbury interviewed her and told her, ...tell you what come in on Saturday morning at 8.50.. my daughter was well and truly ready for this unfortunately the bus services was appalling 20 minuets late and then 2 buses come at once, my daughter got to Lox salon at 2 minuets past nine in the morning, she was questioned why she was late lets get this right she was on a trail run for 1 day. :As stated by the assessor "the busiest day". Now because the assessor could not be bothered now my daughter had got on a bus and came back home. You wonder why we start with these people yes she expressed her opinion why because the manager "the assessor" was already talking about my daughter she over heard one saying to the other shall we tell her and they did they told my daughter to "go home your late and your not needed". My daughter replied, " really i have tried my hardest" she had done her best she was up at 6:30 and said i really am determined for this. The women then replied, " what do you expect me to do just go home. my daughter is 17 trying her best she went for an inter view they said well we don't need to phone you back come in on Saturday at 8.50 she did she tried her best unfortunately local bus services was not punctual my daughter is really gutted and this first experience has knocked her confidence and she is now scared of going into her dream job of hair dressing because she dose not want to be treated like dirt when she is not in the wrong. This is my daughter and i am gob smacked that she came all the way home crying with out any support. seeing her crying has made me feel like i have been ripped apart for her, her mother, sorry she is distraught as well. Lox hair salon i am sorry for that manager you have in there at the time of you telling my daughter, "huh just go home after she made an effort to come in, weather as well. This girl was showing determination to you. Sorry say it to a customer, i dare you, no you wont because the loss of business. But you feel free and willing to put young perspective students down, no wonder this country is in decline when our youngsters are trying and have people like you hit them with a cold hammer in the morning they are trying. My daughter willingly gave up her Saturday to work in your salon to be rejected. I am sure you was there at one point, some one gave you the chance but you could not spare this for a 17 year old that did try her best.
