   Went here on saturday just too burn time while my wife had a tattoo locally. After asking if they did men's hair a lady shouted out to the back and I was met by a lady who seemed incredibly unconfident. I took a seat and she said I can't do fades, so I asked for the traditional short back and sides trim on top. She proceeded with hacking at my hair and shaving one side of my head higher than the other side of my head! I could tell within a few minutes she really had no idea how to cut hair and eventually asked her too stop!!! I was left with the most appalling hair cut you could imagine. All she kept saying was ok, ok, ok and then said I told you I couldn't do fades! This individual should be stopped from cutting men's hair immediately! A child would of made a better job. Asked to speak to the owner and all she said was sorry. Looking very unsurprised like this was common practice. My wife took pictures but I am too enbarassed to share. Luckily I found fades barber shop just down the road, they sorted out my hair perfectly! Please guys stay away from Pamela's if you are met by a lady who explains she can't do fades and tells you she has 22 years experience. Run for the hills!!!!!!!! Worst experience of my life

   So I had never been here until today, So I'm a simple man who does not ask for much when it comes to his hair being cut. I asked for short back and sides, He did a good job until he came up to my fringe, So he randomly cut my hair on a huge tilt angle it was like he put a ruler on my forehead and just cut it on a squiff. Now of course i notified him and told him 1 side of my fridge is slightly "wonky" and shorter, so he then proceeds to just cut the same side EVEN SHORTER and he still couldn't notice what was wrong with the fringe, Im not picky at all but it was horrific, I had to go to a different barber to get it fixed.

   Good haircut from the male barber when his actually in. I've been around 5 times when his not in either ill on holiday or a bank holiday even though it's Tuesday. Don't understand how you can run a business like this. I'd go elsewhere but there's nowhere within walking distance.
