Took my daughter for haircut. Its like she doesn't want you there. Very peculiar experience, would not go back again.
I had an appointment scheduled for 2pm and because of traffic I was literally 1 minute late. 60 seconds. I phoned in advance to let her know that I would be a couple of minutes late and she said that if I was too late into my appointment she would not be able to dry my hair which I know is reasonable. Her colleague was sat in the other chair getting her hair done and I know it was her colleague because she was also sweeping the floor. No other customers were there but I sat in the chair waiting for almost 10 minutes while she worked on her colleague. It’s ridiculous that I book an appointment and my time was wasted by the staff. During the haircut she was very rough and knocked out my ear piercing and laughed it off. Being 1 minute late I thought that she’d have enough time to dry my hair but she focused more on her colleagues hair and made me walk out with wet hair when it was cold outside. She also has a very cold attitude and doesn’t seem to be the most welcoming person. I would not recommend going to this hairdresser and I will not be going back in the future. I have also been here before and she cut my hair way shorter than I wanted it because she thought it looked nicer.

Went in there today to get a price and the lady was ignorant . Her tone was very aggressive . Needs to go on a customer service course and learn how to interact with others . Very cold atmosphere . Oh and she needs to learn some manners they are free ! I'd rather go elsewhere , if you can avoid please do.at any cost .)
wouldnt send my dog there for a trim let alone cut my hair the person i spoke to had really bad people skills. ignored the fact i was asking how much not when can you fit me in which makes me think she says the first price that comes to mind on looking at length of hair even 1 star is to high for this salon
Always find their service lacking. Not very friendly and when you inquire about something, not very helpful. Certainly don't go out of the way to help potential customers. You can go there an your hair will be cut fine, but i am always very uncomfortable any time i have been there.
