   I dont know what other people are saying negatively about Kate but me and my mom have gone there a few times and she is very good, she follows the cut you want and she is a very nice lady. very satisfied with our haircut and not as expensive as other salons that overcharge and dont cut very good.    Went in today at 12:44pm anthem owner Kate was extremely insult I asked for a trim and she insulted me by saying bluntly can you waste your hair first like my hair was dirty just so under mannered behaviour god damn rude at her age she should know not to be rude and insulting she needs to retire if she can't deal with the public

   I have been having the same mobile hairdresser for the last 35 yrs, but she decided to finish and be a childminder for her grand-daughter. I was recommended to try Kates Salon and went yesterday (Thurs). I was very impressed with the cleanliness & condition of the premises. The haircut I had was absolutely amazing, exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend using Kates Salon to anybody who is looking for a good hairdresser.

   I went to this salon in old hill and I had a haircut of the owner, Kate who is a polish lady and I have to be honest it was the worst haircut I have ever had, hair wasn’t blended in, random hair round my ears that wasnt cut, several bits of hair uneven, didn’t do what I asked her to do, made no attempt to talk to me, to make sure it was going to be the “STYLE” I wanted. Only smiled once and that was when I gave her the money for the haircut. Same day I had to go up to netherton barbers and get them to correct the haircut she had gave me. Terrible experience and I’m staying well away from this place.
