    i feel bad for even writing this but i was so dissapointed after i found out. I went in for my prom hair because my hair dresser has cancelled last minute due to an emergency. I went here instead - first time but a friends mom goes and said it’s lovely. I showed what i wanted which was basically loads of layers and then i also wanted each individual layer curled so my hair was really volumised. I wasn’t happy with my curled hair but let it be as i thought the lady working on my hair did a great job at the hair itself (mom even left her a £40 tip). Unfortunately i was wrong. As my hair was curled at the time i didn’t notice but as the weeks went by i could feel the longest part of my hair was not in the middle of my head like it should be but to the side. but i couldn’t see the back of my head so i never saw it. Unfortunately at my dads wedding when i was getting my hair done the stylist ask if i had breakage and i was like what?? then showed me how botched my hair was. it was lopsided and the layers were horrific. i was so upset and she couldn’t even fix it for me as we had no time. Went to usual hair dressers and got it fixed but i was distraught. I had been walking around that for nearly 2 months.
