   Trying to charge me £211 for an appointment I never booked! When I called weeks ago, they said they’d stop the charge but clearly never did as it’s been over a month and they’re still trying to take it! They’re running a scam now after they were closed down for a while. Check the reviews for Bad Apple Birmingham, there are lots more people having the same experience! During that phone call they were also rude and lied about the stylist I usually go to, who had just left them, even though I have messages that prove the opposite of what they said. Completely unprofessional and disgusting behaviour.

   I had an amazing experience at Bad Apple salon yesterday! Sam gave me a fantastic haircut with bangs that exceeded my expectations. He not only listened attentively to what I wanted but also offered valuable advice on hair care. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff were all friendly and professional. I highly recommend Sam and Bad Apple for anyone looking for a great haircut experience!

   Disgusting place, daylight robbery. I missed my appointment due to personal reasons and instead of being charged a penalty, they charged me the full amount of £215 including colour which they couldn't have performed on the day as I hadn't had a patch test prior to the scheduled appointment. I emailed the head office to explain my situation and explained I couldn't have let them know earlier but I understand they'd wasted some resources and I was happy to pay part of the amount. They ignored my email and made no effort whatsoever to contact me and discuss. £215 is a ridiculous amount to charge customers for a missed appointment. Totally unfair and unreasonable.

   PLEASE DO NOT HAVE A HAIR CUT HERE!!! the worse hair cut I've ever received, one side is a good very noticeable 2/3 inches shorter, chunks missing out of the back. Utterly disgusting!!!!! staff rude and extremely unhelpful. Told they can't do anything about it, emailed head office, no response. Should be closed down.!!!! Shame the photos actually do it justice!!!!!

I really appreciate the time Adam took to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and for the advice. The salon premises are lovely and relaxing too. Trendy and unisex salon for all. It's such a convenient location at Merry Hill too. Highly recommend!
