Our experience watching Harry Potter and the Cursed Child Parts 1 and 2 on the same day was wonderful. There is plenty of time between shows for dinner. We thoroughly enjoyed our seats in the stalls. The seats were a bit wider than at other theaters in the West End. The production was very well choreographed and the set design and special effects were beautiful.

This is a very nice theatre. We saw Harry Potter and the Cursed Child here. Even though we were in the top section we still had a good view and could really enjoy the show. The top floor has good facilities, bar, good toilets in a very central location.

We had the privilege of seeing the two-part performance of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child at the Palace Theater. And what an experience it was! A beautiful theater dating back to 1891, which still retains the charm of that era today. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the actors who performed the play are world class! I recommend everyone to see a play when visiting London! An absolute must.

If you’re a Harry Potter fan visiting London, this theatre production is an absolute must. The show itself is truly magical, at times it felt more like a spectacular magic performance than a traditional play. It was captivating from start to finish and never once felt dull or repetitive. The effects, the storytelling, and the atmosphere all combined to create an unforgettable experience that stands out from ordinary theatre shows. That said, I would advise being mindful when choosing your seats. Some of the seating can feel quite cramped, and in certain spots I found it difficult to see everything on stage. To make the most of it, I’d recommend checking the seating plan carefully before booking. Overall, though, it’s a brilliant experience and one that every Harry Potter fan should have on their list when in London.

Absolutely magical experience! My first time at the Palace Theatre and it couldn’t have been better. I went with my daughter to see Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, a breathtaking, epic production! The play is brilliantly staged, the actors are phenomenal, and the special effects left us completely blown away. If you're a Harry Potter fan, this is an absolute must-see. The play is in two parts (each around 3 hours with a 20-min intermission), and there’s a 2-hour break between Part 1 and Part 2. You can store your coats and bags for £1. Drinks and snacks (including cocktails and non-alcoholic options) are available at the bar and can be brought into the theatre. The Palace Theatre itself is beautiful and historic, opened in 1891, it was originally intended to be the home of English grand opera. Today it’s one of London’s most iconic West End venues, located right by Leicester Square Station, in the heart of the theatre district. The atmosphere of the area is buzzing, especially in the evening, making it a perfect setting for a magical night out. Highly recommend!

Beautiful theatre and fantastic Harry Potter play! The performance and special effects are great, really enjoyed it! We saw the 2 parts in 1 day - it is a bit long, but there is a break in between to get lunch and also the plot is interesting to follow anyways. Very friendly staff and we liked the greeting security guy at the door, announcing loudly PART 1 , or PART 2 NOW ...and checking if we enjoyed the show after it finished. Definitely recommend it!

Ticket office is really friendly and helpful. The show was great and totally worth it. 5 hours past so fast that I don’t even feel it. Toilet are limited during the short break, there was a long line.

Absolutely wonderful experience here seeing Harry Potter and the Cursed Child. Really fast entry and really well organized. I picked our seats by looking online at the seat view finder website and I was really happy with the seats we picked, with great views of the stage. Great acoustics and incredible actors. Concessions were quick, and the ladies toilet line gets long during intermission, but was fast enough for everyone in line to get through and back to their seats before the start of the next act. Cannot wait to come back for our next show.

WOW. A must see play if you have the chance. The theatre is smaller than I'd imagined but it's well set up and food and drinks are very well priced. The play is amazing. The staging is incredible and the story flows very well. How they manage to pull it off is beyond me and the special effects are magic!!Go see it if you get the chance. The gap between the two parts is just right, if you are planning on getting a meal I would advise booking before you go as all nearby places were rammed. Fantastic day out and a wonderful experience for all Potter fans of all ages! Can I give it ten stars???

We visited the Palace theatre yesterday to watch both parts of Harry Potter and the cursed child.. what a fantastic show, which is a must watch. The Palace theatre itself, is a beautiful setting for such a magical show. The theatre was clean and tidy, well set out and organised for its visitors. The seats we had, had the best view of the stage and were in the perfect spot to see all the fantastic theatrics. The staff were enthusiastic and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended show and the theatre was perfect and a pleasure to visit.
