    Was there today, briefly. There was someone ahead of me already in the outer chair. So I sat down to wait. When that customer was finished the barber simply went into the back room without saying something like “I’ll be back in a minute” I waited patiently but as no one seemed too bothered I simply walked out. Think this is a classic lesson on how not to treat your customers. Ah well, Sutton Coldfield is not exactly short of barbers.
