Beautician wasnt professional. Got face waxed n she ripped my skin n burnt it. My fave now is ruined never again i go very unprofessional! I will find way to sue them.
The worker made us wait for ages and then he was in a major rush to cut my sons hair when he eventually got round to it as he was in a hurry to serve other customers who had entered later. Not impressed with the service or the cut. He said there was nothing else he could do to fix the rough cut he gave and took my child's apron off so he could move on to tje next 1asap.

Great place in general, been coming here even since I moved from erdington. However, everytile you go in, seems to be a different barber. No consistency. And prices have shot up to 26 for beard and cut. No drinks have ever been offered to me. I think I'll find somewhere cheaper and more consistent. Which is a shame
I clearly asked for a mid fade skin fade, but my hair was cut very high and very poorly faded. I have school in 2 days and will have to go with this terrible haircut. I literally look bald from the sides and this is by far the worst haircut I have ever had. I'm never going again and I would not recommend to anyone.
Very good barber's. They take their time and use quality products on your hair. You get what you pay for so expect a hair cut and shave for £25. Friendly, welcoming and always look after my 4 year old son too.
