Excellent service and cuts for both my boys ages 3 and 6. Alex was very patient and made sure they were happy throughout. It was the first time my youngest had his hair cut! Thank you, we’ll be back again soon!

Went to Alex hairstyles and first I asked for a 2.5 short back and sides with a short amount of the top. I received a 1.5 and most of the top taken off leaving it extremely short and awful. The Worst part was my ear was badly cut with the razor. This was bleeding heavily and hurt for days to come. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. Bad hair cut is one thing to get cut is unacceptable. For this I was charged £10 still !! I won’t be returning.
Just met lewis a young barber new to the barber world .... he has cut my hair better than barbers with 20 years behind them ...why.because he loves his job a perfectionist with an eye for detail. When i was sitting in the chair some lads came in swearing i had my son with me he asked them to watch there langauge or leave a barber so young i was surprised by his customer service . Amazing skin fade and top cut Lewis is a great representative to Alex hairstyles . Also as the end of the day took pride in cleaning up and closeing shop thank you Lewis
One of the worst haircuts I've ever had in my life, and that's literally, not exaggerating. All I wanted was short back and sides and scissor cut on top like a common lad. The guy (I think it was the owner) didn't even use water, just lopped into the top with scissors without even using his hands to monitor how short he was cutting it. My hair on top is so uneven and short in places that I can't even style my hair how I usually do without it looking stupid. As for the back and sides, there's random tufts that stick out by a few millimetres, and all I asked for was simple grade 2! HOW do you even miss bits like that? And just to put the icing on the cake, it cost me £14 when the Turkish barbers I used to use only cost £7 and did a much better job. Extremely unhappy, will never be returning.
Initially went here to have a beard trim the main barber lay me back and shaved off all my beard, not what I asked for and was gutted. Went back a couple of months later in December, for a no.2 all over, I thought how can you mess that up? Had the young lad who looks about 17/18 he shaved massive lines into the back of my head and didn’t bother to tell me. I will never return here awful service.
Alex, seems like a nice guy! This place is just for clients who want a minimal no frills cut (crew cut, fades, etc). Knows minimal about styling nor fresh modern cuts to characterise type of face/ facial features. If you want a basic crew cut, or a fade. Anything else, go elsewhere £12 for my experience, will definitely find another barber
