   I went on a friend's recommendation for my son's haircut. He grew his hair for 6 months as he wants to have them long. I only asked the guy to tidy up, cutting from the front that it does not cover his eyes, but make sure the length is still long. The guy had severe language issue, didn't understand English and chopped all of his hair really short. Even when I said you took the length off, he still didn't listen and carried on. When I told them I am not happy they all started speaking in their language and weren't even apologetic at all. Charged me a full £10 and results were awful. If you speak English don't go there.

   Sultan is an amazing barber, he’s always on point with what hairstyle I want and always delivers. Would 100% recommend him to anyone. He’s a true master of his craft.

   Again another barbers that prioritise other people and can’t listen or follow simple instructions to how you want your hair cut. Also don’t understand why there’s 2/3 barbers standing around whilst 1 person cuts hair. Pathetically run shop.

   Was good barbers before new management. Can’t even do a simple haircut now. Cuts it way shorter than I asked for and when it dries it’s all wonky and uneven. Lazy rushed haircut never going again. Also tried charging extra for beard shape up which I used to get for free. Didn’t even fade my beard into hair. Lazy

   Just Visited today and yep. Best haircut I've had in a long time...., also had a shave and they waxed off the grey ear and nose hairs...., Yuk! n Ouch! I feel refreshed and invigorated... Thank You from a very happy customer.

   Beard shape up was good. But give me a completely different haircut than what I asked for. I grown my hair to a long length and asked not form much of it and I've now got hair that's probably inch in length at max, not impressed. Showed the image of what I wanted before hand and got given a haircut he wanted to do.

   These guys are the best barbers in Birmingham. I've been going here for a few months now and they are very good at what they do. They charge reasonable rates for the time they spend on your hair and are always very busy - surely a good sign. Keep up the good work boys!
