Golden Scissors has a relaxed atmosphere and is constantly being cleaned, which is also very thoughtful. It is a popular place and I could see why as the staff fulfilled exactly what clients asked for. I highly recommend.

Update: I came in late but Tina still gave me a haircut and even though it went past closing time, they were kind and patient the whole time throughout. nice people, good management and I recommend the place.

Best barbers from all the ones live used in Solihull. Wonderful service provided yesterday by Tina. The skin fade was impeccable and beard trim along side a hot towel facial twice with a great mask that made my skin more vibrant will definitely be a regular.
Went to get my sons haircut, absolutely awful customer service. Completely ignored as we walked in until he was told to 'sit there'. Staff just stood on phones. Son was unhappy with his hair although he had explained what he wanted. Shame as its lovely inside. Definitely won't be coming back!
