   I came in because no one picked up the phone even though they offer a ‘call and collect’ service. Oriental asian lady at the till wasnt helpful, said “that’s all we have” with so much attitude! Honestly, with service this poor, makes you think why bother “save the high street”. Not sure if all branches are the same but I won’t be coming back to this one.

   Rude staff. Admitted item faulty however would not exchange/refund. Have had to go through the longest possible route of emails, sending photos of item etc all to be told yes there faulty now you can go to a store and change them!!! Absolutely ridiculous will never shop in here again. Beware
