   Today I went to the JD store in Sutton, I saw an All Star sneaker for 5 pounds and I picked it up to pay more, the salesperson told me that there was only one shoe, it wasn't the right pair of sneakers, how could this happen, and I asked the salesperson if he couldn't sell another All Star with the same price, he said that he no longer had the product. This is false advertising, this is a crime JD.

   A good selection of sports clothes and shoes. The shop is conveniently located on the high street which is traffic free. The staff are welcoming and helpful. I didn't like the layout upstairs as it looks like a long corridor. I was shopping for Xmas presents but didn't see anything that I liked.

   Absolutely no effort to deliver standard customer service, waited ages for a pair of shoes even when the shop was empty. Not a smile could be seen between the staff. Everyone was so sloowwww.. No sense of urgency to prevent customers from waiting in the que. Felt like I was in a scene from The Walking Dead.

   Tried to return trainers I wore once (perfect condition) sales assistant refused and told me there was nothing I could do. Sales assistant was kind of rude and didn't really try to engage with me.
