    Disappointed and Frustrated – Poor Service and Attitude I had my car booked in for tracking at 11:00am and arrived early at 10:45am. When I booked over the phone, I was clearly told I could wait while the work was done. However, upon arrival, I was abruptly told to leave the car and come back later…. I’m busy I mentioned I had an important appointment at 1:30pm and had travelled 8 miles to get there. The staff seemed completely uninterested and dismissive, with a rude and arrogant attitude. I understand businesses can get busy, but basic courtesy and keeping your word go a long way – both were lacking here. Avoid at all costs. There are plenty of other garages that will treat customers with a bit of respect.

    Took my car there today for a new wheel bearing, Paul was fantastic, diagnosed the problem gave me lots of useful advice and fitted the new bearing within a couple of hours. Kept me up to date with progress and very reasonably priced, thoroughly recommend. Thank you.

    Guy charged 30£ to do puncture on tyre as i was in need of one to carry journey .Expolited the situation and missused by charging triple. When asked for price list went abusive.When asked where is boss on reception he said i am the boss here.Hope sheffield council check on these bogus businesses on streets

    Con artists, thieves, dishonest. Avoid at all costs. Their main objective is just to rob you. They will charge you for parts that doesn't even exist in your car and have the cheek to charge you labour for replacing those part that doesn't exist. Phoned them three times specifically just to make sure and so they can't say they've made a mistake. And each time they gave me the exact same list of parts that "supposedly" needed to be replaced. £2500 for a part that was not in my vehicle and that's not including the labour. And insisting that they have done the exact same repair just last week on the exact same car model.

    I live in Leeds and was working in Sheffield when I came to my car after work and noticed ny tyre was completely flat amd had a screw hanging out off it . I called these ups up and they was extremely busy but still found time to fit me in . Had to get a new tyre as I had to drive to them but overall these guys were brilliant and cheap prices too
