The store manager is soo rude with us he don’t even has the guts how to attend the customer he is avoiding to assist them so thats the weird thing so please train them. I don’t even recommend to visit the footlocker in their whole life

I was excited to get sneakers but when I tried to ask for some advice the employees seemed to be running away from customers and when I did find one he spoke in a whisper as if he didn't know how to run faster. very disappointing.

Great, helpful staff. (Branch on Oxford Street) They were all very helpful and friendly. Spacial shout out to this lovely lady who although from the women section, went out of her way to come down and help with the kids’ section. She put in a lot of effort to help me find what I wanted and she succeeded :) Apologies for not getting her name. Hamza was also great and very helpful.

My goodness where do I start. The store was full of exhausted staff members who looked so hot due to the extreme temperature and heat inside. It was obviously noticed as there were these large fans trying to cool the place down however it was just simply blowing hot air. I went to buy a birthday present which was a genuinely horrible experience as I was sweating. Whilst being in there I wanted a pair of shoes for my daughter and myself too however we gave up. How on earth is Footlocker treating staff to such misery in a very questionable working environment? Not only that but think of the revenue you are losing as a business due to customers turning away and going to Selfridges and paying more potentially as its air conditioned. You as a business are paying so much rent and goods on rent such as the fans and yet still losing customers and possibly staff?! Sort it out Footlocker. Absolute poor management behaviour. You might want to read your own policy "Foot Locker's staff policies emphasize ethical conduct, diversity, and employee well-being" yeah right!! All words for your shareholders. I can't believe we still purchased from here!

Worst shopping experience ever. Visited on a hot day and the air conditioning was completely broken. The store was unbearably hot, stuffy, and uncomfortable—definitely not the environment you’d expect from a major retail brand on Oxford Street. It felt more like a sauna than a shopping space. Couldn’t even browse properly without feeling faint. No communication from staff about the issue either. Really disappointing.

My wife and I walked in yesterday as it was my birthday and wanted to treat myself to a pair of trainers each and the staff were utterly uninterested in engaging with us, A they had a unapproachable attitude, B were talking to their colleague's with their back turned to us, completely ignoring us!! C all the way down to Z made us feel like we were asking them for favours when I all I wanted was to spend some money but we left we a savour taste of that shop, never again!! I thought I would let you know as you missed out on 2 sales. A pair of Airforce 1s and a pair of Jordans. But with the bad attitude of the staff, we changed our minds. We were utterly disappointed as we were both big fans of Footlocker. We travelled all from High Wycombe to visit your shop on Oxford Street. What a waste of time and money. We will be sticking to the Reading Footlocker from now on.

I was served today by Ms. Saira Khan, at store no. 3104198 (283 Oxford Street, London W1C) register 2 time 18:26 on 19/01/2023 with her team Ms. Jennyfer Soliz & Roberto Puddu at customer care counter & Cashier’s till. Being a regular at this branch of Foot Locker from a long time, I’m always very much impressed with their excellent services, warm approach to all clients, degree of efficiency & serving everyone at their dynamic speed. Sometimes I am served by Mya Clarke, Federico Oliva and their team. I would surely recommend this store no. 31 04198 at 283 Oxford Street, opposite John Lewis, London W1C 2DN to all my Family, Friends & Business contacts for all their Sports & Footwear needs. I’d been to all Foot Locker outlets in London, but found the Management, Executive Officers, & Staff in this branch seem to be well qualified & excellently trained in their respective jobs. Saira Khan , Jenniyfer Soliz , & Roberto Puddu seem to have answers to any product related queries at their tip of the tongue all the time. And they do answer my queries about any product in the store, almost instantly. Leaving no room for any further queries at all, at any of my visit, & thus, I spend more time in the store looking at all the products, & leave the store very much satisfied & happy. I shall appreciate if my comments are duly conveyed to the executive officer / staff concerned, as this will not only make me happy, but, will also motivate the staff to strive for their best in services & efficiency.
