The original location of John Lobb, featuring made-to-measure footwear and some limited accessories in a wood-paneled shop. The ready-to-wear collection is down the street, but the history is here.

Loved getting some beautiful oxfords here. Customer service is top notch.

A very disappointing fourth visit. The previous polite and helpful shop's floor staff appear to have been replaced by fairly challenging 'in your face" replacements out of character with the company's long tradition of excellent and most importantly, decorous, service. And incredible to be told that only one customer can be in the shop at any one time !

Top notch customer service and truly unique bespoke shoemaking experience. This store is NOT to be confused with Hermès’ owned John Lobb, which is a commercially produced process. This store still belongs to the original family and all shoes, lasts and trees are custom made to your fit. The staff is extremely humble and willing to educate! A must visit whether you’ll be buying or not, if you like shoes!

Good but expensive, the price for a pair of shoes starts at 5200 pounds

Awful customer service. The guy showing me shoes tried to get me to buy a size 8 Maldron saying its going to break into your feet. We then tried a size 7.5 and a 7. I’m a 7 guys. You could have had me waste £1600… Also am still waiting to be contacted re the size 7 Becketts that i wanted to try on before making a decision on those or the Maldrons. Had been told i would be contacted on Wednesday. Why the delay? Beautiful shoes. Atrocious service for a high end boutique.

The place is charming and amazing. Hoped to stay more than the 3 minutes, unfortunately, one of the staff was very rude, we were not comfortable walking around the place.

My favourite shoe and bookmaker. The process is long but well worth the wait. The store is an amazing place with a true atmosphere of history about it. The list of past and present clients are those who demand the best and are willing to pay for it as I am.
