   Absolutely useless,I have paid 20£ for assessment of my old PC tower,I have highlighted issues and said straight away that I am willing to pay for parts if they require replacing and asked for a new operating system.After 2 weeks and 4 voicemail messages that nobody replied to,I finally managed to contact Rob just to find out that pc is still not working,and they cannot order any parts or do anything because they have got no electricity in the shop,no apologies,not even a sign of good will,waste of time

   My PS5 controller was experiencing a bit of stick drift and I figured it was a good time to upgrade them to hall effect sticks. Given I had previously gone here to get my PS4 whine diagnosed and repaired years ago and it was a top quality experience and job, I knew I had to return. I sent an email asking if they did the specific thing I was after and how much it would cost and they got back to me next working day with the details. I went in to get it booked in and they were friendly and helpful, even explained the thought process behind the cost and gave me a solid time frame to expect the work done. And the work has been spectacular. No notes or complaints.

   Took my phone to these guys today.. I thought it had died a death.. but within a couple of hours.. good as new. I honestly cant recommend these guys more. Top service.. super friendly and very reasonably priced. 10 out of 10 from me❤❤❤

   I had previously had my phone fixed in the store and had great service. So i wanted to stay a loyal customer and get my partner phone fixed here, I had been in to ask about my partners phone and guy I spoke to was lovely. He asked me to return back to shop with the phone so he could assess for the correct parts. When I returned a few weeks later I was seen by a different guy who very dismissive and rude. He had no customer service skills and has honestly, made me feel so angry I no longer want the service that he provides. Its lesson on how you should treat your customers, as i will not be returning. To the reply below. That customer you speak off, was not me or my situation at all and your response was more disappointing that visit to store.

   have a 90s laptop that had no sound Most places will not even look at it because of age one guy told me was going bin it the guys at Tech outposts said they have look very family had nice chat about 90s computer games works great It was a software problem told me how it was fix so happy thanks guys again

   Soundest group of tech lot you'll find. Fixed me playstation, phone and me grandads old tape player. Belter people that know what they're doing and don't charge ya six hundred quick to change a screen. The manager or boss is good for a chinwag whenever ya passing by too. They've got nerd stuff too. Good lads.
