I love this barbershop. As a 3rd generation Jamaican myself, the setup feels so familiar. There's always discussions going on - you have to be assertive sometimes and remind the barber that he has hair to cut, but that's part n parcel of the experience!!! The haircut is amazing - I have no idea how he gets the cut so sharp. My lineup will last 4-6 days, compared to 3-5 days everywhere else. The barber is lively, vibrant, polite, proud of his heritage, and very charming. There is only one barber, so it can get a bit busy during peak times, but he's popular for a reason. Great atmosphere, especially when music is playing, standard prices due to everyone putting their fees up and the normal expected wait for a skillet black barber.
