   I went here a couple of Saturdays ago. Like another review said it was totally empty on a busy Saturday morning. That should have been my first alarm bell. The barber couldn't even hold the clippers properly. My hair was all different lengths and it should be easy 4/2. I got my hair cut today by a proper barber and the difference is night and day. Quite simply the worst "haircut " I've ever had.

   Went in today as my usual barbers was full. The guy spent less than 10 minutes cutting my hair, and charged £13.. I've had worse haircuts, but if your going to charge £13, at least spend a bit of time on it. Just wanted me in and out, didn't even take anything off the front at all. Just quick shave round the sides and blend, totally not worth it and will never go back. Now I know why the shop was empty. In response to the barbers comments, I would be more than happy to pay £13 for a good trim. But when your shop is empty on a Saturday morning and you are clearly rushing to get me out of the chair as soon as possible then no I do think its worth the money.

   I have been bringing my little boy here for 2 years, he's now 3.5 years old. I have experienced excellent customer service,both the young men who work there are very professional and they take great pride in their work. They make sure everything is cut properly, they check their work, they line it all up properly and most importantly they are extremely patient. I am very impressed with their service and highly recommend them.

   Must have caught them on a bad day. No one waiting and lady ready to cut straight away. Hardly said a word, looked miserable like she didn't really want to be there. I asked whether they were normally that quiet on that day, got a curt "No" and that was all she said the whole time. Won't be going back.

   January 2018 - special offer price of £9 for a haircut is a reasonable price but I'm sure this is set at this price as there are several barbers in the area offering the same discounted price, so Shirley shoppers are spoilt for choice. I went on Tuesday and there was a very nice lady who cut my hair very well and didn't push on the small talk (sorry can't remember your name) Please bear in mind that the staff here change as nobody is here full time. Comfortable, clean and tidy.

   At last a barbers in Shirley that cuts hair in the way they are asked to. I got really fed up with barbers who would ask want you wanted and then do something totally different. The price is always the same, and very reasonable, some shops change every time you go. Best of all I have never had to wait to long and the cut it's self is done quickly and properly following the instructions given.
