   I use to like this store but not anymore - as some staff don’t know how speak or to treat customers, especially if they don’t know them personally. Like some customers have disabilities and don’t understand. But I went in here and a male stuff deliberately plugged out the charging bay - so I couldn’t charge my phone. This is unacceptable behaviour.

   Went in to buy a pair of asics didn’t have my size but had the last pair of my size on display so I asked for that one. Then a worker proceeded to tell me she saved that pair behind the till for herself. It wasn’t a pair it was one shoe. And still denied me a sale I asked for the manager and they told me that I’m not able to purchase said pair This is outrageous customer service. And disgusting behaviour wouldn’t even walk in that store again. Save your money and go to JD a few doors down

   Reached minutes before closing to see this. I just needed to return an item. But not one of these people would acknowledge or explain why they are basically ready to go home and mopping up. I have sent an email to seek a response. Otherwise, these establishments need to state the proper closing time and not a blatant lie wasting peoples time. Why is it no other shop on the high street closes before the time stated? Maybe out of respect for their customers. Won't be returning or purchasing from this company again.

   It's a small footlocker, limited stock but tries to keep upto date with current trends like most shops. Defo more stocked for Nike and Adidas clothing wise.

   No much of a choice for ladies active wear. Only 1 lady serving behind the counter although there were about 3 others on the shop floor , surely extra could be trained to operate the tills.
