   I visited the Foot Locker store in Wood Green looking for a pair of training shoes for the gym. I asked a staff member for help finding the right pair, but instead of assisting me, they told me to go to the Sport Direct store next door. I left disappointed and surprised. I didn’t expect to be sent to a competitor rather than being helped in-store. Very poor customer service.

   I went in today to collect an order online. Marco (manager) was so rude . His staff were nicer. He didn't look like he wanted to be there and very patronising and rude. I had a email to confirm to pick up from store but without looking into this he told me it's not there when infant DHL did deliver to the store and it in fact was accepted by him .

   Store was closing 16:30 which I thought was 5pm. I came in with a baby and a friend around 16:00.Asked if they had sizes for two different shoes this black lady working there sorry dont know the name. She said she will go look. We literally sat there for 25mins for her later to come out with other staff member laughing and saying there was no sizes.! LOL such a lazy staff wasting people time i could of literally went else where and buy the shoes that I needed! She just wanted to waste our time until closing time and tell us there is nothing so she dont have to do any work and close as early as possible. In that case she could of easily said sorry we closing soon! Lazy lazy lazy never coming again

   Great trip for new trainers 21 Jan. Fantastic service when I tried lots of shoes and sizes. Also very patient with my kids running around the shop. Bought last shoes 2 years ago, they've lasted well. Really good experience and highly recommend it. Staff fantastic and don't push expensive stuff. See you soon. M

   Recently I bought shoes ins Wood Green store. After a while like 14 days they started to make that annoying noise like crackle? I feel like it is a shame to walk like that in new shoes. I went back to the store and I asked for help if there is anything they can do like refund, return or something. The lady on the till said there is nothing she can do because they were worn a few times so doesn’t qualify for the refund, that’s it. She was rude, what is more she didn’t propose that the shoes may qualify for guarantee or something else she put a receipt back to the box and that was it. She acted like she was about to put her own money into this deal.

   Went in to look for shoes, the shop is so quiet probably because of the bad attitude from staff. The reviews on here with 1 stars are definitely true. Staff are rude, there was a black guy that worked there keeping an eye on me and my friend as if we were going to steal, he was nice at first asking how are you then suddenly he became rude and started following us around the shop. He said “stop messing things up in the shop” “you touch you buy”. Appalling behaviour, it made me very uncomfortable and annoyed, soooo rude. No wonder the shop is always empty, they should really close down or get better management.

   Customer service was great, but the product!!! I've only had them a year and not worn everyday and this is the result. The sole has completely ripped!! They are now useless I have to dump them. What's the point of paying so much for these products when they don't last. Shameful!! Won't be buying Nike again.
