Excellent Dentist practice! All the staff are super welcoming and friendly that I’ve interacted with. The appointments are managed efficiently, you generally get called in at the correct time which makes a difference, especially when attending around work. Zain, my dentist, is excellent, I cannot speak more highly of him. I only wish I’d had a dentist as good as him when was younger. Thanks Jason
I have been a Customer at this Dental Practice for a number of years...the staff are very professional polite & friendly. The Business Premises is Extremely Clean & Hygienic. My Dentist (Ms. Setareh Basirat) is Excellent at her Job & always very nice & kind to me. I would recommend this Dental Practice to anyone living in Doncaster & the surrounding area.

Older lead receptionist has an appalling attitude, snotty and doesn’t listen and clearly not fit for her role and saying oi to me down the phone will not get you anywhere and she also wouldn’t book me a necessary appointment that a dentist advised you needed and then lies about what you can and can’t book. Told to ring up one minute then I can’t the next as I can’t have that certain appointment then had an attitude telling me to call another dental practice for treatment. Told they don’t even have a hygienist and also they only have dentists working Thursday and Fridays I mean what dentists only works 2 days, also the fact on several occasions promised a callback in relation to my teeth and what is going to be needed moving forward but never received any form of communication, then you just get we wouldn’t have told you that….. well you did! Requested a manager callback with this lady only to be told that she would speak to the manager which I’m guessing is to hide away her attitude and give the practice manager false information before myself speaks to them, the full story will be told whether you try to hide it or not. When you call you expect a level of patient care and understanding and you don’t expect to receive an attitude from a receptionist, she definitely needs to be looked into on how she approaches patients and attitude training. The only thing this individual is lead in is leading patients away with her attitude, practice manager callback requested!
Always hated going to the dentist but since moving here, paul our dentist has changed that quite a bit, very helpful, explains everything well and gives helpful advice.
The team here are very good very helpful. We had struggled to get appointment for my disabled son at hospital after dentist Paul n by referred him there. They kept just saying need to wait. My son needs a lot of teeth out and is in a lot of pain, wasn’t eating, loosing wait. I rang the surgery and explained the situation to Lesley receptionist , who emailed the hospital, to if they could help us. We received an appointment for a week later. Just want to say thank you again . Julie.
I recently had three appointments because I needed dental work done. Paul Gropean did an excellent job. When I go to the dentist, I normally become nervous and worry, but Paul made me feel at ease and relaxed throughout each procedure. He calmed me down by explaining everything he was about to do and talking me through it as he did it. He did everything he could to make the encounter as enjoyable as possible. He gave me the choice to quit treatment at any time if it became too much; I can't say enough good things about him; he's an amazing dentist! I reccomend him highly!
