I had an emergency procedure when my crown fell out. I have very sensitive teeth and Nitesh took great care to ensure the procedure was as pain free as possible. The entire team were friendly and efficient. I could not rate the practice more highly

No care or consideration for patients. Fist incident i had a tooth that needed to come out. Was left in agony 6 months. told they could not do it and referred me to hospital. At hospital, on my birthday, the tooth was taken out quickly and the dentist was confused why my own dentist couldn’t have done it! Second a chipped filling which the dentist saw I didn’t repair is now causing me extreme pain! After opening in July I haven’t been able to get an appointment and when I finally do they refuse entry because I forgot my mask. Genuine mistake. I had 50 feet to walk to the dentist chair with mask on. refusing to provide me with a mask and saying I couldn’t come in for a much needed appointment. Left in agony again for months on end
Obviously with lockdown in force, I thought finding help for an abscess would be very difficult. However I called and left a voicemail in hope, and was surprised to get a call back from Hayley really quickly. She talked me through the temporary process, and after emailing a picture through, I got almost immediate email responses from Lozan. Thanks to them a prescription is now in the post! Thanks both

I suffer with fibromyalgia depression and anxiety and have at times had to cancel on short notice but have also not been for a year as have not had transport either.
