Very kind/compassionate dentist Daisy. I went in for an emergency appointment for which I had to pay Β£90. Due to a misunderstanding while booking, I did not realise that this was just an assessment fee and that I would have to pay more for a filling. I have so much financial pressure as a single mum with lots of responsibilities and even booking this appointment was a Christmas present to myself to fix a hole in my tooth. When Daisy said I had to pay another Β£75 for a filling, I was overwhelmed and tears just flowed from my eyes. So much went through my mind and I considered leaving without treatment but that would mean another Β£90 if the problem got worse (I have a very complicated dental history from childhood).Daisy was very understanding and actually chose to waive the assessment fee and filled my tooth. It may not be much to her but it meant everything to me and I am tearing up just writing this review. I would choose them again and now I will be saving up with full understanding of the private dental fees until I can get on to an NHS dentist. I can’t thank Daisy enough for her compassion and even though I hope to never need her again, I hope that I can see her if I do.

Myself and my 3 children come here, they've always been brilliant. When my children have had any issues that required a quick appointment they've always managed to get them in within atleast 24 hour. I highly recommend them!

I am very satisfied with my visit to this dental clinic. We were given an appointment extremely quickly for my son, who had a toothache, and we were even seen before our scheduled time. The appointment was efficient and took place in a friendly atmosphere. The dentists were very kind and understanding towards my son, which was especially important to me. I also received clear information straight away about the next steps regarding his treatment. I definitely recommend this clinic!

Registered and had my first check up. I was informed that I had no issues and sent on my way. 6 months after my next check up I was told I needed a filling and that I had gum disease. I was slightly surprised, but went ahead and booked the perio clean. At the appointment I was given a few injections and the dentist started to clean. However I could feel everything, I informed the dentist who just carried on regardless. After having both perio treatments I was informed that the procedure may not work and that I might need surgery... Hmm. Over the course of the next few months my gums didn't heal up no matter how clean I kept my mouth. I decided to change practices, and was informed that the pockets in my gums were exceptionally deep for someone my age. I went ahead with the perio procedure again at the new practice and everything has healed fine and I now have zero problems. It's quite clear that the dentist didn't clean my teeth properly and just wanted to put me in for a higher band treatment. The staff are rude, the dentist I had was rude. There were no interpersonal skills and I was made to feel like a inconvenience to them. Would not recommend this surgery at all. Quality dental treatment is vital and this practice does not offer that what so ever.

Rude and unhelpful staff. They sent me a txt with my appointment time on the day before but when I turned up (with 2 young children in tow) I was told that my appointment was half an hour before. It transpires that they'd sent me a txt with only 1 of the 3 appointment times in so we had already missed 2 of them. No apology and an eye roll when I had the audacity to suggest that it was their fault and not mine. Time to find another dentist...

This practice became the typical type to turn away customers without a reasonable approach to it I was admitted to hospital on two occasions was forced to cancel one short notice the other I rang several times and all i had was answer phone and left a voice message. Only to be called back 3 days later by someone asking me why I had called. My 3rd attempt I was turned away because i wrote the time wrong by 10 minutes in hindsight when i went to register I was looked at by the reception staff not greeted merely starred at as if to say what do I want. I am happy i did not use them dentistry is sensitive and requires empathy from all angles all i would suggest is have rules but also have exceptions as i am quite sure you are human too. customer service is the thing that binds communities together I was exasperated with all the hospital appointments I have I did not bother to argue ironically in my own profession this happens all the times but I give client/customers other options before you cancel the services completely.
