   Wouldn't recommend can't even fade or do shape up properly but expects a tip should be grateful I paid 1st and last time. Just in response to the reply from the shop always remember every customer experience is different hence the reason for your other negative reviews especially when you leave customers with a rash.

   With £15 for an adult's haircut, you'll get a really nice cleanup. They are specialists with Black/African hair texture. I've seen other races get a really good cleanup there as well. No booking required.

   Since Howard has left standards have dropped considerably. None of the barbers cut as good or close to the standard of Howard. Also they always put the regulars in before you even though it was your turn so be prepared to wait a long time & be disappointed. The worse part is the lie when they say their regulars were sitting in the back or they forgot to tell you even though clearly you know they weren’t. No respect for none regulars. The poorest trims but they want to charge you regular prices. Not worth the visit or trouble. I would rate them a zero due to the amount of times they have disappointed and kept me waiting.

   I’ve been going to Howard for many years and although it can get busy, it is definitely worth the wait. Easily one of the best barbers in Birmingham and I definitely can’t see myself stopping going here for many years to come.
