First visit was a bit worried after reading some of the reviews but right from the reception staff to the dentist was amazing professional lovely place and lovely staff would highly recommend.
Absolutely fantastic. Been there since i was a child. They helped me with my jaw problems and reccomended me to Mexborough for surgery after my older dentist at the practise didnt think anything wrong. Lovely crew, professional and hardworking. Definitely would recommend to anyone.
Dont feel I was listened to when I no my teeth and body better than anyone. Usually I find this practise great the staff are great but I do not feel I was listened to or prevention of infection which is what I originally went in for is taken serious as no antibiotics have been issued .
Been using this dentist for around 2 years now every time I attend I am waiting atleast 30minutes later than my allocated appointment time to be seen, quality of work isn't to great either had to go back now 3 times for the same filling redoing
DON'TUSE THIS DENTIST I joined the practice when my dentist retired on York road in Doncaster so I thought I would move to this dentist as it is nearer to my home. I went for my check up and he decided to do a bit of a clean, what ever tool he was using he ran it up the side of my bridge the next day my bridge came out, so I took my bridge in so they could send it away to be sandblasted so I could have it fitted the next day. This was the procedure at my other dentist that I was at for 38yrs,the dentist said that he can clean it on site and to come back in on Wednesday which was in two days time .I went to the appointment and I must have been in with him for about 30mins this is normally a 5min job to cement the bridge in to place when he finished I told him that it was not in the right place it was catching on my tongue when I was talking, his reply was I can't put it back where it came from which I said was a load of rubbish as the bridge has been fitted back around eight time in the 36 yrs it had been fitted. He said see how you go on and charged me £20.50 it lasted approx. one hour and it came out. I called back the next day and said I will see the other dentist but he was on holiday and I had to wait 3wk to see him when the time came I went on the appointment and he was just as bad has the other dentist he was constantly making excuses on why he can't fit it back in to the place it came out of, which I know is a load of rubbish I have now left this practice and gone to a proper dentist. I have given a one star rating to post the review but I would not have given them that if I could post review with no star rating
Went in yesterday as a new NHS patient, they gave me appointment immediately and as a check up gave me a clean on the day rather than booking me in. They provided Excellent Customer Service and great care when cleaning my teeth. Would highly recommend!
