Fed up of my children’s dentist appointments being cancelled they’ve cancelled the appointments more times than they’ve actually seen my kids! And then them to say the earliest they can see them is in 4 months time although it was the dentist himself that said every 3 months for one of my children due to an ongoing issues. I’ve rang up to remove my kids from their system and explained why I’m removing them to be told it’s not their fault and it’s down to the NHS why the appointments keep getting cancelled. Now registered with a new dentist and they are being seen in 3 weeks time

Having been a patient for over sixty years with Doncaster Dental Centre, I can give the practice an excellent report. Obviously the dentists have changed over the years but each and every one has shown consideration and brilliant treatment to enable me to keep my own teeth albeit not the whiter than white shade demonstrated by today's celebrities! Many thanks for your professionalism.

After having issues with parking and not being able to walk quickly -due to a knee op, I was 21 mins late for my appointment. The receptionist told me that as I was 30 mins late the dentist might not see me which would of been OK but I did point out that it was 21 and not half hr. The receptionist almost sneered at me - not good customer service, however dentist seen me and her assistant was brilliant. I would of been prepared to have to rearrange the appointment because I was late- however I feel that this particular receptionist could do with a retrain on customer service and this is why I have only rated 3 stars

Was told that I needed 2 appointments for a deep clean, with a £75.00 charge for each appointment, although I still would have had only 1 procedure.I was also asked to make an appointment for 3 months time, even though there seemed to be no clinical reason for this.I said to the dentist that I have never been asked to make 3 monthly appointments. She then backtracked and said I could come back in 6 months instead.I'm starting to wonder whether this service is more about making profit than caring for patients. If I discover it is,I won't be holding back on letting the relevant professional bodies know about it.

All the staff, are professional and polite, and will do their very best to help, especially working round work shifts etc for appointments. My dentist is kind and gentle and has taken away any anxiety about attending my appointments. My grandchildren being at this practice, feel happy to attend any appointment, and have no worries or feel scared,so sets them up for the rest of their lives for going to the dentist. I am very thankful to all the practice and just wait patiently for the rest of my family to be able to go there.

I have been with Doncaster Dental Centre for 28 years and really miss Mr Andrews, he was the best dentist I have ever had and he has looked after the oral health of my family and I since moving to Doncaster. The new dentists are ok but they do not seem to have the warm friendly approach like the old dentists, such a shame

Such an unprofessional and rude staff. I rang them yesterday about an emergency appointment and they set me on today but when I arrived a staff member told me I'm not in the system so how did they set my appointment in the first place if I'm not. I've been their patient for almost 2 years and I will never go back to that dentist clinic who doesn't care about people's health. Such a waste of time. Asking a random guy to knock you out on the street would be still better than waiting in front of that building just to hear from the staff you don't have an appointment (though you do).
