   My nephew came in for a skin fade. Barber messed up the fade. When my nephew returned to complain he told him his head is bumpy. No apology nor attempt to sort this issue out. Should not be treating children this way. Went in the following day with my nephew and they rectified the issue.

   Went there today with my son after waiting over an hour the barber decided to leave he could of told Us that he wasn't going to cut my son's hair but instead he had us waiting over an hour he had cut two people's hair then said sorry he had to go and that another barber was on his way. After waiting another 15 minutes no other barber had turned up. Did not want to leave a bad review but this is unprofessional and I have came to this barbers with my two boys over the past 10 years but this will be the last time. Wasted my time

   Been going to this barber's for over 15 years now, used to travel 40 miles when I was living in Shropshire, now on the other side Birmingham still takes between 20 - 40 minutes just to get there, absolutely fantastic barber's and good prices.
