I am ever so grateful for what my dentist has done for me, the treatment they gave me and all the time and care they have given during the process, I would like to say a huge thankyou to Idrees who has just recently finished my treatment and the outcome is just outstanding, he was absolutely fantastic, professional and so reassuring, also a massive thankyou to Nic who has been there the whole process and I am very grateful for she’s been absolutely fantastic for me and I couldn’t thank them enough, they are a great asset to the my dentist team A massive thankyou guys x
I had an emergency appointment due to chipping my two front teeth on holiday. Dr Turner did my examination and booked me in the next day for composite bonding. He did an excellent job, it was pain free and it was a very good match to my teeth beforehand. You can’t even tell I’ve had my teeth repaired.

From a warm welcome into the chair, to a very clear explanation of my appointment expectations and to answering any queries thoroughly at the the end of my assesments...They make my experience much more reasuring and relaxed and make me feel at ease. As a patient who has alot of anxiety around visiting, even as an adult! They have made me feel alot more comfortable about visiting and lowered my anxiety massively! Thank you to you both for giving nothing but the best patient service and being so understanding throughout all my worries. I am very grateful for your care! You give nothing but 110% into the work you do and it shows! I highly recommend you both!
Dr. Fahmina was exceptional! Not only did she expertly repair my chipped tooth, but she also restored my confidence with her care and attention. Lovely dentist. Staff are very helpful, such a welcoming place making me feel at ease during what can be a nervous experience for myself. Mariam (I think was the dentist I saw), was very reassuring during my check up, and thorough ! Would definitely return!
My partner has been to this place a few times and each time the dentist has been nothing but rude and and borderline abusive. Avoid at all cost!
I have PTSD, and this makes me anxious when i go to the dentists as well, i have just come back from my 4th appointment with My dentist (Dinnington) with Emily, i have to say she is absolutely wonderful, putting me at ease from my first appointment, along with her fantastic dental assistant i cannot recommend her enough. Also, special mention to the receptionist who is always super friendly, and helpful. Thank you so much to everyone at the practice for my treatment
I went here last year and was not a good experience it was my first dentist I went to in the last 4 year and I paid private! I explained my last experience with dentists and said a few times that I’m a very nervous patient with anxiety and I’ve been abit upset while here and my dentist Emily I think her name was made me feel very on edge!! she made lots of promises to me that someone would come see me about my braces to see if they could do them or not and I booked my appointment around this person but she never came in to check and then I finally asked front desk and apparently she’s not taking on any patients for braces (private) and I got told even if she couldn’t do them they can refer me and apparently she can’t tell me any places that are good for braces or anything! Ridiculous!! and I booked an appointment once for a filling and I came in with my dad ready for my appointment and then got told my dentist is off I’ll which is fine but at least let me know I showed them all my messages as apparently someone messaged me but no one did was very annoying! Overall not a good experience my dentist was not nice very rushing even tho she was late for my appointment so give me extra especially when you pay! you expect that level of service and to feel comfortable which I did not I cancelled all my latest appointment and will not be returning I am 19 as well and especially not going to dentist since I was 13 was scary as I always went with my dad when someone is sat in your chair crying you should be easy with them! Thankyou to the girl who was at most my appointments she looked like she was training she made me feel abit better by offering tissues and drinks and asking if I’m okay!
Very many thanks for my treatment today. I had worried for a few days before my extraction, only because I have asthma and worried in case I started coughing. My treatment lasted an hour because I had two filings as well. The fillings went well as usual then the extraction started, after 30 seconds the dentist asked if I'd like to see my tooth. I didn't even realise it was out. After my previous treatment at another dentist over 30 years ago this was the best experience ever. Many thanks.
