Showed up for emergancy appointment. Sat down and the old guy tapped my tooth and said he cant do anything. Was in the chair for 5 seconds and then told he cant do anything. The dentist and his assistant were very rude and seriously unhelpful.
Just awful. So rushed, barely looked in my mouth. Just tapped about in there for a minute at the most. Guess this is why they have NHS space when noone else does. I won't be going back.
One star as could not rate any lower . Took my partner as she needed some help , rude Dentist and staff , would have been more polite if alot of money was involved, avoid like ( yersinia pestis ) the plague, my partner has hearing issues,and the dentist didn't speak English or clearly, partner in tears won't be back to Robinsons Dental ever .
Went as a new NHS patient looked in my mouth for 2sec and said I needed antibiotics for a so call infection told him I don't need then as I don't have an infection he did not like me questioning him so he refused to treat me and I left would not recommend as they obviously don't no what he doing
Do not go here. There's a good reason they are taking on NHS patients and noone else is. You do not want to go here, even if you are desperate it isn't worth it. The dentist and assistant had an argument about where my fillings were on my first appointment, barely spoke English and didn't seem to offer any help at all. Please avoid, there's bad comments all over Facebook about this place.
Went a couple of years ago with an abscess, all i wanted was antibiotics and an appointment for an extraction. He got angry and declared there was nothing he could do with the tooth and that all he could do is refer me to a specialist extraction dentist. Though, even then i had to prompt him to do so as he was trying to usher me out of the door. Joke of a dentist, highly doubt his standard of qualification comes close to what is required in this country.
Would not recommend, the first time I went he said I needed a back tooth extraction and in doing so he snapped my tooth in half and sent me on my way. while taking my tooth out, my head was bashed around and I felt bruised on the left side of my head after, I then tried to get into every other dentist i could but everywhere was full so I had no option but do go back to this dentist, with a slight swollen gum, he told me I needed a filling and then when I asked why he told me that I should know, he ragged me around and was aggressive and even seemed angry. though my mouth was numbed I’m in a lot of pain, please don’t risk it go to an nhs emergency service if you can
The dentist / butcher is terrible. His manner and approach are not like anything I have experienced before. He rushes and bashes around in your mouth. I have just had a filling 4 hours ago and I am in a lot of pain. This has not been the case with previous dentists. As commented by somebody else, the practise is dirty. There is no lighting at the bottom of the stairs. I think dental practises like this are what make people scared to visit them. I think the medical governing body need to review his licence. Only use if you do not have string and a door knob to extract your own teeth
