I’ve been using this dentist for several years now and I have always had a pleasant experience there, the dentist , his assistant and the receptionist are all very friendly and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them
Brilliant dentist, he is amazing with my kids, explains everything he is doing so noone panics lol, would highly recommend
I attended this practice recently as a new NHS patient for an initial examination, and I must say I was very satisfied with my experience. The dentist was excellent and very welcoming. The nurse ,whose name I believe is Alicia, was amazing at reassuring me as the patient, explaining the procedure and she even had a laugh with me during treatment which made me feel comfortable and less frightened as I am a nervous patient. I enjoyed that this visit wasn’t so serious and daunting , although they still maintained professional throughout. Would definitely recommend and will be happy to return!
Been coming here for a few years now, quick appointments, all staff very friendly and no problems at all.
Shockingly poor service. My daughter has a broken front tooth. I took her to an emergency dentist, and they gave her a temporary filling until I can get her into a dentist, however, the tooth is broken down to the core. I signed up for this one as it was one of only a few accepting NHS patients. The woman on reception was lovely; however, the male dentist only did a quick, few-second check-up. When I explained the situation, as advised by the emergency dentist, he was completely dismissive and responded with an arrogant tone, saying that nothing needs to be done and to come back when the temporary filling falls off. It is very mismatched, uneven, and very off colour, of course as it is only a temporary solution. I expressed my concerns that there may be problems long term, and it needs a permanent fix, and even offered to show him pictures of the tooth which he did not want to see. He said if I'm not happy, to go get a second opinion elsewhere. Very rude, arrogant, and extremely unprofessional.
This place needs reporting to someone -awful dentist nidal , he made me feel so uncomfortable, nasty attitude from the minute I walked in started arguing with me when I said I didn’t want to have a filling (purely because of the state of the room) so unsanitary. Avoid at all costs.
Went for a checkup and the dentist did one filling left a filling that I told him about and he said I needed braces then said I need to be a regular client. So I go to book appointment and been taken off the list. Bentley is also a shitole
Absolutely horrific dentist. Aggressive, rude, thoroughly unprofessional. Absolutely terrified my 3 year old who had never been to a dentist before. I doubt I will be able to get him to go to one again. Horrible, horrible man. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN TO THIS AWFUL EXCUSE OF A MAN. Was told they only have one dentist - Nidal Zakzouk. He should be struck off. I’d rather pull my own teeth out than see him.
Absolutely awful place….the dentist nadal zakzouk is a vile person !!I have never felt soo uncomfortable in all my life…he asked what was up with me I told him my gum was swollen I have an infection and I need a tooth taking out…his reply was what do you want me to do im not a sweet shop..this person is clearly not a proffesional dentist..stay away at all costs…also can I add the place Is dirty and should be reported to the nhs
This dentist refused my relative antibiotics for an dental abcess told them they would lose the tooth and all this over the phone as they wouldn't offer an appointment. This despite them having paid band 3 charges but not treating the issues and stating wait until october. Update after 2 months the tooth he refused to treat has now broken leaving my relative in agony out of pocket. Avoid this dentist would give them a minus score
