   Great quality cuts but if you are non Jamaican they don't really speak to you except to ask what cut you want and how much it is. Not great customer service.

   Great haircut but prepare to wait at least 2 hours for it, as they sometimes wonder off and take about half an hour to an hour per person.

   Customer Service is horrible, one barber is always on his phone whilst he cuts your hair and they intermittently leave the shop for an hour without telling anyone if it’s a lunch break or how soon they will be back. Hygiene is also terrible; I know two other people who have experienced itchy scalps after a visit to these barbers and it wasn’t cured until over a year later with antibiotics. Don’t go here.
