   I had a fairly lengthy procedure today which in the past I would have dreaded! Once more Chris and the team made me feel completely at ease. Since becoming a patient at Ice Dental my lifelong fear of visiting the dentist has gone, this is simply due to the professional and caring approach of every member of staff. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

   What an absolutely wonderful team of professionals. From the moment I rang to book an appointment to walking out the door after receiving treatment I felt cared for and understood every second of the journey. Having taken so many years to gather the courage to attend a dental appointment again due to a very unhappy experience previously, I cannot fault ice dentals teams professionalism one bit!!    An amazing dental practice with very fair pricing and very good quality dental work and their patient care is excellent. Their availability is unbeatable also, they are leaps and bounds ahead of NHS services for dental work. Appointments are provided usually within the week or the next week including for any procedure, when compared with the months waiting lists the NHS have to offer it is a no brainer to choose Ice Dental. I have had a good amount of dental work done here and have been a patient now for a fair few years. I have to say that Chris, Emma and Dimitrios are all very good at caring for your teeth and ensure you’re happy with everything. Being a nervous patient, Ice Dental is more than accommodating for me. Chris, Emma and Dimitrios have always talked me through the procedure and give me plenty of advice and cues for if I need the procedure to stop. They are very reassuring and really know their stuff when it comes to your dental health. They are always happy to provide a follow up appointment for if you need any questions answering or anything checking to do with a previous appointment and ensure to keep detailed notes of your dental health to continually monitor how you progress and whether or not certain procedures may be needed in the future.

   I cannot recommend Dimitrios and his staff at Ice Dental enough. I honestly wish I had come here years ago. Each time I have left I have come away relieved, feeling that I have been cared for and my teeth are now in good health. The reception staff are lovely, the hygienist and nurses are fantastic and Dimitrios is gifted. This is without a shadow of doubt the most professional dental service I have known. Thank you to all at Ice Dental, you are amazing.

   What a professional, polite and courteous practice Ice Dental is. Dr Stougiannos, Lynsday and Sarah really make me feel at ease. Not easy as I have a total fear of dentists. They take such good care of me. I now go every three months and each time I am greeted with warmth and welcome. I cannot recommend this practice enough.
