Excellent experience. I felt I was in good hands and was given information to help me understand my options in a way that made sense and left space for questions and clarification. Once a treatment plan was agreed I was also relieved to be able to book all the necessary appointments at once. I'm almost looking forward to going back!

I have had a check of my oral health and appreciate the advice and support received. I have accepted follow up procedure to support my ongoing oral healthcare. Had a 9am appointment, kept waiting in lobby till 9:05 and then finally got the first appointment of day 15 mins late. Would opening door 5 mins before and not 5 mins late not be a better idea? Once in dentist fab with me a daughter. Issue with bill, awaiting updated invoice to claim cost as issue with last one. On the whole service around could do a lot better.
After being sent an appointment request with a on line form attached. I booked an appointment and needed a follow up filling replacement. Two appointments (check-up, clean and a filling) £299.00 Do you pay for your treatment (Yes) for the last 15 years I’ve paid for my treatment as a NHS patient. What a joke, I was told if I didn’t pay debt collectors would be contacted. Be very careful when filling their on- line forms. Now to find a NEW DENTIST
Amazing, kind staff. They gave me advice and also sorted out my tooth problem straight away. They were very chilled. And the toilet was so clean. Highly recommend
Rang up with an abses that I keep getting got in straight away and got some antibiotics never been seen this fast but really appreciate it. Receptionist was very helpful, extra nice to my daughter. Thank you
I have been on hold for an hour and 20 minutes, finally I got down to the next caller, then they put the phone down on me, absolutely disgusting!!! Fuming!!! Suffering in need of an emergency appointment and that's the service Im provided with!? Wow!
Have been with the practice for a few Decades. Always had good service. Unsure if now standard but only given water to rinse mouth, no mouthwash.
Staff are always friendly and accommodating.always take care in there work and give you plenty of advice and treatment
I had an emergency appointment as a private patient( I can't register as nhs anywhere!) and was seen by Bilal. What a lovely dentist! Very clear about the problem I had and the treatment I received was first class. Can't thank the surgery enough for fitting me in.
