I have yet to find fault in any regards to this practice. I now have total trust and confidence in the staff. From entering to leaving. They display genuine care and commitment. Always offer good advice and have the patience to answer any query in a way that I can understand.
I have used this dental practice for about 20 years. The service i get is excellent. Any questions i have are always answered with good advice. The staff are very friendly. The surgery is very comfortable,clean and welcoming. You never feel rushed during appointments too. I highly recommend the practice.
Had a new patient exam with Joanne and she was extremely kind and explained everything clearly. Felt really at ease throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend this practice! The two ladies on reception were also really lovely and helpful.
Had a routine check up with the new dentist Andrew today who is absolutely lovely and did a thorough check up followed by a visit to Alex the hygienist. Alex is the best hygienist I have seen in many years. She is extremely thorough, polite, friendly and knowledgeable. She was so careful as I have sensitive teeth and carried out a painless treatment taking her time and not rushing. Her assistant today was also excellent, so sorry I didn’t catch her name. Excellent service all round. Really felt I got my money’s worth today. Efficient and friendly practice .

I always have a lovely experience with Rabia and the other staff at the surgery. The wait times are not bad compared to other surgeries, and the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff and surgery are second to none. I always feel like I am included and have all my options explained to me at every step of the process.

Never phone this dental practice, I was going to ask about joining as a private patient but the receptionist who spoke to me was so extremely rude & abrupt I never got to ask , on answering my first question she ended by loudly saying BYE,BYE,BYE , whilst I was still trying to ask another question she spoke over me with yet another ERM BYE, I was so shocked & couldn’t believe that she had actually put the phone down on me!!.
I had a dental emergency and rabia agreed to see me even though I am not registered there. I was so impressed by her and her dental staff I have signed up as a private patient. Thank you rabia and your team. Actually excited for my next appointment with you all xxx Suzanne xxx
