   Had our name on the list to join this practice since moving approximately 2 years’ ago. I’ve called twice to check where on the list we are to be told they don’t know because it’s all hand written and if I’ve missed the call then it’ll just be a ‘strike through’, which is quite rude considering the wait. A year ago, they told me there was a year to go… so I called back a year (slightly over) to find out if we were any closer, then to be told our names don’t feature anywhere in the book and never have! Clearly a very poor filing system. Very annoying - it’d have been better to say they’re not taking on more so that I could have been waiting on a list where systems are more effective and names aren’t simply deleted/ lost.

   I went there today after calling 111 with a problem , best dentist I have ever been to . She was very gentle ,i didnt realise my tooth was taken out ..... She and her dental nurse were both really nice .

   Very poor. I missed one appointment because I had an MS seizure. I phone up at 9.45am my appointment was for 11am, I was her last appointment of the day. Only to be told by the receptionist she would have to remove me of their books as I missed my appointment. Even though I did phone up. Avoid this place at all costs.

   My wife and I have been patients of Thurcroft Dental Practice for many years. On our visit today, as always, we were greeted warmly by reception and the dentist herself was very gentle yet thorough with the examination and cleaning. This is a great practice and I would absolutely recommend them if you are looking for dental services in the local area.

   The Dentist Suzanne and the Dental Nurse I go to are always kind, professional, and friendly. They always take the time to listen and discuss treatment plans and answer any questions I have. After going for treatment today and I'm needle phobic they always put me at ease and their kindness never goes unnoticed. Thankyou very much ladies :)

   REVIEW FROM A GUY THAT HATES GOING TO THE DENTIST. I will be very honest in the past I had a some really bad dentists and this has always been a big fear for me. These guys are the best at what they do 100% and I would never go anywhere else. Had some work done today. They put me at ease, explained things and nothing ever seemed like it was too much trouble for them, and honestly barely felt anything. I can't say anymore looks forward to going to the dentist, however Thurcroft Dental Practice is not one you should worry about going to. 5 Star service!

   missed an appointment to then be struck off the list, they didn't even bother to call me. They have called before every single previous appointment but this time nothing. Who do these prima donnas think they are, they do whatever they please and get away with it. I didn't realise god had passed away and had given all the power to dentists.

   Really terrible dental practice The receptionist needs work on her people skills. She likes to patronise you over the phone. I missed one appointment because of an emergency and me and my 1 year old son have been removed from the practice. Not really a loss just shows their character. I've reported you to the NHS because each time I was coming to the appointment and have used my maternity exemption they've claimed money for a scale, polish and check but they've actually only just done a check. Obviously exploiting the NHS system. Enjoy that.
