   Noticed a couple of negative reviews by a former barber who has a chip on his shoulder. These guys only keep the highest standards and that’s why he’s not there anymore so wouldn’t pay any attention to those. Family have been coming to New Touch Barbers for years and nothing but smiles from the lads and a perfect trim every time. By far the best in the business and that’s why almost everyone in the area uses them. keep up the great work lads.

   Brilliant, friendly and professional barbering service that offers a range of cuts beard trimmings and treatments. I have been a regular customer (every two weeks) and my barber has taken the time out to get to know me and always asks about my family etc Last year, when I had a knee replacement he even offered to come to my house and cut my hair (as I was immobile for a few weeks!). 100% recommended and fully deserving of 5 stars

   A brilliant barbers! I visit here once a week knowing that the quality of the trim will be spot on! A brilliant team of friendly, welcoming and smiley staff and barbers who are very well experienced, providing the best trims in the south of Birmingham. The shop is clean and tidy and there is plenty of parking, too. Reasonably priced, great opening hours, great staff, great barbers! No better place to get a trim!

   Used to be decent, but this time it was rushed - I didn’t even get to see the back of my head before leaving and the prices have gone up. Go to Norman’s with Guy instead… actually, don’t because there’s always a queue and that’s why I went here!

   newtouch is a good barber shop but with the new people they can mess your hair up i had a hair cut not long ago it was a skin fade and they left a little circle in my hair and you could see the line around my head and they messed the edges up they didn’t cut it properly. And i had another skin fade before and i asked for it to be short on top aswell with no wax and they put a zig zag in my hair cut the top way to short to my hair line and put wax in my hair. if you get the right barber there that i like it will be better he can sometimes still mess it up but they try there best

   Pretty solid barbers... Very reasonable don't rush you out the door if there is a queue. They take there time and do it right... I used to use Barney's but the rushed my cut on more than one occasion because they have people waiting.

   First time was good. 2nd time different barber, was OK but not as good as first. 3rd time another different barber and messed my hair up. Even though I made the effort to go with hair styled as I normally have it yet freshly washed and without any product, the style wasn't followed at all and I haven't been able to get my hair right since. So frustrating! My son went soon after, had a little taken off the top as requested, was asked if it was enough and was told yes, the barber then after making a very poor job of the fade/back and sides, proceeded to take off 3 more inches off the top. He looked like a bowl had been placed on his head it was that bad. He was too shocked to say anything. How do you say stop or complain really? Once that cut is done, there's no going back We both just paid the money and decided not to go back. Disappointing as it's very conveniently a short walk away. Sadly won't be going back though.
