Today i need to check when my appointment was as its been wiped from my phone dairy rung 5 times various times and spent 15 mins waiting for someone to answer, when they initally picked up they stated dealing with a customer i don't believe for one minute it took 40 mins to deal with one patient. And to be in queue position one each time and keep being placed on hold is disgusting. I do not believe the receptionist was dealing with a customer for over 40 minutes Had to leave to several voice messages for call back and still waiting as I have to contact hospital so appointments don't clash Usually, 2 receptionists are on, so don't understand for the long wait throughout the whole day And no reply to email which was sent

We have been using this dentist for ten years and they are wonderful. Renata is amazing and very understanding and empathetic to patient need and the hygienists are also excellent. I would highly recommend.

This is the second appointment with the private dentist and once again more than half an hour delayed. The nurse attending to my 92 year old father-in-law who has dementia was not only rude but decidedly disrespectful to the dentist and was slamming drawers and throwing equipment and supplies down on the tray. Very disappointed, especially in view of the fact that he was removed from the NHS patient list after 18 years of attending the same surgery, without any communication with him or any reason given.

If I could rate lower I would. Was rude form the word to ...I say down I slightly flinched and took.a deep breath he instanntly said are you a nervous patient as I don't offer anything to help, so he instanntly set the tone for the visit. He then went on to say he didn't know why 111 had sent me as he doesn't do them anymore. Then after saying he wouldn't help me, he did not refer me to someone who could just gave me a prescription and sent me on my way. No cleaning, no temporarily dressing, nothing. Basically a waste of My time and no udnertanding for my situation at all..frankly people like this should not be in the caring system, as someone.who works for the NHS myself shocking he has clearly no duty of care and hasn't got a single bit of empathy. His dental assistant on the other hand tried her best to be kind and helpful. I will be putting in a formal complaimt.
