   I had a really disappointing experience. I went in expecting a professional haircut, but the barber seemed rushed and barely listened to what I wanted. To make things worse, they didn’t even bother to properly clean the clippers between clients. The shop itself wasn’t very welcoming—dirty floors, loud music, and an overall unprofessional atmosphere. On top of that, they charged way too much for the quality of service I received. I definitely won’t be coming back.

   Walked in and they was busy but come over as soon as I sat down offered me tea or coffee and started to cut my sons hair straight away. 5 star service will definitely go again. Clean and very friendly.

   Came in for a head shave, beard perm and beard shape up - for those with long beards i highly recommend the perm to clear up any messy stray hairs and to neaten up wavy/straight and sparse hair. The brothers at the shop were very welcoming, offered beverages, really cared about how i wanted my hair done - given english is not the boys’ first language they did very well to understand my broken punjabi/english! When my perm was setting they trusted that I could walk away with their equipment still in my beard and gave a lot of tips on how to look after and treat my beard, and also suggested products for me to use. I noticed a child had got their hair done at the same time as me and saw all the barbers act in a friendly welcoming manner towards them, they tried their utmost best to accomodate for them and provided a great service for them also. In my experience with other punjabi barbers, I’d say this one stands out because they provide a good service to everyone and not just punjabi’s/their regulars which is great to see! The service came at an affordable cost too (i calculated how much a perm would cost and their price came under what was expected). If there were an option to give a higher review i would!

   What a waste of time! Travelled from Dudley to get to my 5:30 appointment, got there on time and barber already had someone else in the chair so i waited an extra 20 minutes and decided to leave as the barber was still cutting someone elses hair and the shop closes at 6. I thought booking a appointment meant you was garunteed a haircut at that time but obviously today told me otherwise. Disappointed time to find a different barbers! You guys accepted my booking therefore you should know and be prepared for that client otherwise dont accept the booking its basic business you guys should know that stuff.

   This was my first experience at the Classic Trims store and I was very happy with the overall experience. The staff were all friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. There was a good atmosphere in the shop. My haircut and bread shape up left me feeling very happy and impressed with the experience Would definitely recommend this barbers to anyone who wants to try it

   First time here! Booking in was easy, Excellent service, but the cut itself, best fade I’ve ever had! Barber took his time, no rushing and got everything spot on, asked me what I wanted and made sure he perfected it to a T. Definitely my new go to!

   This is now my new barbershop. Have been here twice now and each time I did not have to wait long to get into a chair. If you do wait they offer you a free drink. They have lots of services on offer and the prices are really good. Can't recommend enough
